        Abel was born ca. 1770 and died in 1/22/1849 in Marion, South Carolina. He married Mary Musselwhite. She was born Abt. 1780 in Robeson, North Carolina and died Marion, South Carolina. Abel is listed as a farmer. The 1 known child of Abel is as follows:

        Abel was born 1803 in Lynches Creek, Marion, South Carolina and died on 11/05/1873 in Marion, South Carolina. He married Susan Musselwhite. She was born in 1807 in Lynches Creek, Marion, South Carolina and died on 5/06/1898.

    VI. Calvin Bailey Foxworth
        Calvin was born 8/05/1839 in Kingsburg, Florence County, South Carolina and died 1/07/1904 in Florence County, South Carolina. He is buried in Trinity Methodist Church, Poston, Florence County, South Carolina. He married Almarine Eaddy on 10/28/1869 in South Carolina. She was born 5/13/1844 in Kingsburg, Florence County, South Carolina and died 5/01/1905 in Florence County, South Carolina. (Source: DAR membership #769744) She is buried in Trinity Methodist Church, Poston, Florence County, South Carolina. (Marked with "16" inscribed). Calvin Bailey Foxworth enlisted with the rank of Private in White's Brigade, CSA on August 13, 1861 and was promoted to rank of Corporal. He was injured on September 19, 1863 at Marietta Georgia. He served in Company I, 10th Infantry regiment at the battle of Chicamauga near Chattanoogo, TN. He was last on the muster roll between March - April 1864. On August 20, 1864, he recieved pay for service in Columbia, South Carolina.

    VII. Linnie Eugene Foxworth
        Linnie was born 1/23/1873 in Kingsburg, Florence County, South Carolina and died 2/25/1948 in Saunders Memorial Hospital, Florence, South Carolina. She married (1) John Archie Moore and later (2) Joshua Edward Collins, Jr. on 8/06/1891. (She was his second wife). He was born June 1841 in Marion County, South Carolina and died in 1913.
