My comments include: I sent u an email about your Fletcher ancestors, my mama was a Fletcher from McCall SC. A lot of the family is buried at Bever Dam Cemetay outside of McCall. If you so to Three Rivers History web site you'll find a lot of familiar names Fletchers, Adams, Gibson. They all intermarried judithfortner2000@yahoo.com

My comments include: Jamie, I believe we are related. The father of your William Gibson (b 1819) was Nathaniel Gibson. I am a descendant of Nathaniel Gibson's youngest son, Eli. William Gibson married three times, Kitty Pipkin, Sallie (Sarah?) McLauren, and Catherine McNeil. I didn't have a record of any of his children other than a son by Catherine McNeil. Most of my information about this section of the family came from Blanche Gibson Hamer's book. I'd love to discuss sources with you. Please email me.
